You can inform us via [email protected] mentioning the order number, the reason for exchange. We will proceed with same upon inspection of the item once received back to our warehouse. Please refer to the section on exchange policy for more information.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 2 months of purchase. After 2 months from your order date, items are not considered faulty and are a result of normal wear and tear. If your item is faulty upon receipt, you may return it for a new product by contacting via email at [email protected] or simply get in touch with us via Facebook or Instagram.
If the preferred product is out of stock you can share your contact details with us by sending an email at [email protected] or via social media pages. We will be updating you as soon as the stock arrives. Refer to below format when sharing information.
