Returns & Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange the item you have already purchased you can inform us via email@example.com or via our social media pages (Instagram & Facebook) within 7 days of delivery. Kindly mention the order number, the reason for exchange and new exchange details.
Kindly note the courier charges for the first exchange will be free of charge and any courier charge applicable for exchanges thereafter will have to be borne by the customer and exchanges will only be accommodated for change of size and color of the same style/item.
All items exchanged have to be in original and resalable condition with labels and tags intact.
Items purchased via retail outlets will have to be exchanged via the respective retailer as per their return policy.
Items on sale and discounted items will not be exchanged.
Once an order is placed if you wish to cancel the order please inform to us via the hotline or our social media pages mentioning the reason for the cancellation.
- In the event the order has not been processed from our end and have not left the warehouse we will do our best to proceed with the cancellation.
- Unfortunately if the order has been delivered or dispatched from our end we will not be able to go ahead with your request but you can however follow the exchange policy and proceed with an exchange.
