What size ranges are available?

LiCC Jeans’ sizes start from 26 to 36 and other clothing from S to XL, all the sizes are in line with international standards

How do I return or exchange an item?

You can inform us viaonline@liccjeans.commentioning the order number, the reason for exchange. We will proceed with same upon inspection of the item once received back to our warehouse. Please refer to the section on exchange policy for more information.

What if an item has a manufacturing defect?

In case of a manufacturing defect with the item, it can be returned to us within 7 working days of receipt and you will be sent a new product after the items have been inspected by us. If reverse pickup is unsuccessful after three attempts or more than two weeks after pickup was initiated for the first time, the return request will be cancelled.

What if my items are faulty?

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 2 months of purchase. After 2 months from your order date, items are not considered faulty and are a result of normal wear and tear. If your item is faulty upon receipt, you may return it for a new product by contacting via email atonline@liccjeans.comor simply get in touch with us via Facebook or Instagram.

What is the usual order processing time?

We usually deliver within 3 – 7 working days of placement of the order. For orders with multiple items and different delivery times, the longest delivery time applies. Further the time can change due to the prevailing situation of the country.

How can I be informed when items are restocked?

If the preferred product is out of stock you can share your contact details with us by sending an email atonline@liccjeans.comor via social media pages. We will be updating you as soon as the stock arrives. Refer to below format when sharing information.

We accept Visa | Master Card & COD Only. You will be redirected at checkout, and once the transaction is complete, you will then return to the home page.

Our products are manufactured in Sri Lanka using the finest quality materials from reputed international mills.
